Returns and refunds

FREE 60-DAY RETURNS ON EVERY ORDER*

*For orders delivered to Spain (including the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands) and the European Union. No minimum order value applies.

To request a return, email info@suritt.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and reason for returning the item. We will confirm the next steps and provide a return label for eligible free returns. We may ask for photos before you send the item.

Returned products must be unused, in their original SURITT packaging, and have the security label intact. Products without the security label or showing signs of use cannot be accepted. Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For returns from outside Spain and the European Union, you may use a carrier of your choice at your own cost. Once the return has been received and checked, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days.

For a different item, request a return and place a new order. For a change of colour or size at the same price, contact customer service.
